How it picks
Every eligible item starts equal, then the time of day and day of week nudge the odds. Late at night leans short and at-home, weekend afternoons lean outside and longer. Nothing repeats until you've seen the whole deck. Things you've done in the last two weeks are less likely. Vetoes are remembered. All of it is computed on this device and nowhere else.
The "Out in Seattle" wheel has two lists. "Always there" is written by hand, like the home deck. "This week" is a file on rollnotscroll.com, rebuilt every morning from EverOut, Secret Seattle, ParentMap, Do206, the Seattle Center calendar, and league schedules. Your phone fetches that one file and nothing about you goes with the request. Seattle is the only city so far.
Your history lives in this browser. Clearing site data erases it, and it doesn't follow you to another phone.
